Who We Are

Pasadena is a fully owned Nigerian company that has provided a wide variety of technical support services to the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry since 1989. From being primarily recognized as an Engineering, Construction and Procurement service provider, pasadena is metamorphosing into a full-fledged provider of integrated operations and maintenance services to clients in the Nigerian market.

In recognition of opportunities emerging in the Oil, Gas, Ports, Power, and Public Utilities Sectors, pasadena has further broadened its strategic focus to include the development of fee-based project opportunities in the identified sectors and the ownership of assets through the establishment of a number of subsidiaries.

The company aims at growing a portfolio of viable operating assets through targeted investments into oil and gas fields initially in the Niger-Delta and ultimately in Ghana, Angola, and Mozambique.

Throughout its history, pasadena has demonstrated its commitment to providing clients with excellent service and has consistently shown the ability to anticipate, resolve, and manage challenges that may arise in complex regulatory environments.

The company is establishing an Investment Management subsidiary to manage strategic assets and optimize investment returns, further expanding its operational reach.

Pasadena's philosophy hinges on leveraging strategic alliances to scale rapidly, overcome entry barriers, and deepen its footprint across all service areas.

Beyond operational performance, these subsidiaries also serve as Pasadena’s entry strategy into major infrastructure opportunities, led by a forward-thinking holding structure.
